How to Change the Shipment Date
Kindly follow the steps below OR, you can check out this quick video Shilah made for you:
- From your Simply Earth Account, kindly click on Manage my Subscription:
- A pop-up will then appear, and click on Update Shipment Date.
- You will now be given the choice to move the shipment date to anywhere between the 1st to the 20th of each month. Just be careful not to set the date to a past one, or beyond the 20th to avoid problems with the order:
- If you have successfully updated your Shipping Date, you will get a prompt like this to confirm the change:
