I accidentally placed an order, how do I cancel it?

We are able to cancel your order if the order has not shipped yet. Message us at help@simplyearth.com with the order you would like to cancel ASAP. Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 business hours of your purchase.

Please note that our working hours are Mon-Fri (7:00 am - 3:00 pm CT). Concerns sent over the weekend will be addressed the next business day.
