What is my unique reward code?

Your reward code can be seen on this page. It is your “first name” + “the last initial of your last name” + “50”.  If 2 people have the same code, we will add a letter after your first name.  Your friends get a $50 voucher for $10 off their first 5 months! You get 50% off a monthly box.
