What if my Package is Lost?

While we at Simply Earth exert our best efforts to get the packages shipped ahead of time, there are some instances when accidents happen and the packages get lost in transit.

What you should do:

The first thing you need to do is to contact your local USPS to file a claim if you feel like the package has been lost. You can track your package by logging on to your account at https://www.simplyearth.com/login

We at Simply Earth want you to enjoy your orders in the best possible way, however, we are not responsible for any packages where the account holder has failed to update their address towards a new one, or an incorrect address. All Shipping Information is entered by the customer and we will not honor any lost package claims for any incorrect addresses/failure to update addresses.
