How to Track My Order

You can track your order from your Simply Earth Online Account by following the steps below:

1. Log on to the website and scroll down to Your Recent Orders.

2. Click on Review your Box and then scroll down. You will see your Tracking Number, just below the price breakdown of the order. 

3, Clicking on the tracking number will direct you to the USPS website where the details of your order’s delivery will be indicated.

You'll also receive the tracking information for each order via email.

Your order should be delivered within 3-10 business days.* If it has been longer than 10 days or your tracking shows that it was returned to sender, please email us at help@simplyearth.com with your order number and correct address. Our customer service team will then work with you regarding your order.

Note: If you're unable to find any results with your tracking number, you may also try using UPS and OSM.
